She was predeceased by: her parents, Ingham Edward Kintner and Theresa Thoms Kintner; her grandson Sawyer Conrad; and her siblings, William Kintner, Louise Johnson and Nancy Swain.
She is survived by: her husband Daryl M. Johnson; her children, Kelly Mowry Conrad (Shane) of Virginia, Jonathan Mowry (Brittany) of Laceyville, PA and Brandi Beers (Ryan Spencer) of Wysox; her stepdaughter Keri Johnson (Justin Martin) of Athens, PA.; her grandchildren, Skylar Mowry (Mina), Brayden Spencer, Kade Rowe, Blayke "Earl" Spencer, Wyatt Conrad, Casyn Rowe, Harrison Conrad, Maddilyn Mowry and Briella Mowry; and her niece Theresa Bennett Fulmer.
