She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert John Jones; her son Jonathan Herbert Jones; and her siblings, Verne Whitfield Newcomb and Maxine Newcomb Mandeville. She is survived by: her grandchild Verna; her children, John Christopher Jones (Gainesville) and Linda Jones Waters; and her grandchildren, Benjamin and Michael. She is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
