He was predeceased by: his parent John Osborn. He is survived by: his wife Joan Goldovich Osborn; his parent Sally Webb Osborn; his stepparent Donna Osborn; his son Ronald Osborn of Throop; and his siblings, Lee Osborn of Greentown and Laura Heffron.
