He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Skirpan and Mary Stevensky Skirpan; and his sister Rose Skirpan. He is survived by: his wife Mae Berry Skirpan; his children, Gregory (Cathy Skirpan), Clement, Jr. (Marion Skirpan) of Pennsylvania and Andrea Skirpan (Brian Bonner); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Ann, Joseph, Kathryn, Michael, Claire and Andrew.
Due to COVID19 restrictions, there will be no public viewing.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
