He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Reinhart and Elizabeth Reinhart (Schweindt); and his brother Karl Reinhart. He is survived by: his spouse Genevieve M. Reinhart (Glasser); his sons, William F. Reinhart, Johann A. (Gina C. Reinhart) and Lancaster; and his brother Warren (JoAnne Reinhart, Reading).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Hope Rescue Mission, 645 N 6th St, Reading, PA 19601.
