He was predeceased by: his father Harrison Joseph Levan. He is survived by: his wife Gina L. Levan (Holland); his children, Scott B. Levan Jr. of Temple and Stacey L. Levan of Temple; his grandchildren, Andrew Levan, Scott Levan III, Sean Levan, Madison Levan and Olivia Rice; and his sisters, Michelle (Charles Miller) of Akron and Kimberly Levan of Reading.
