She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Kleinsmith and Edna Kleinsmith (Howard); and her sister Jean Burgraff. She is survived by: her husband Gerald A. Shade; her children, Brenda (James Evans) and Dale (Michele Shade); her siblings, Ethel (late Earl Rothermel), Erma (Walter Kazmierczak), Flying Hills and Joan (Roy Rothenberger); her grandchildren, Kayla (D.), Zachary Evans and Samantha Evans; and her great grandchildren, Scarlett Embry and D. Luke Embry. She is also survived by her son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
