He was predeceased by: his parents, John Adam Lash and Laura Lash (Weber); and his siblings, Mary Miller (Lash), Harvey Lash, Florence Seaman (Lash), Helen Ebersole (Lash), Earl Lash, Mabel Einsel (Lash), William Adam Lash and Fern Lash.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Lash of Temple and James "Jim" Lash (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Zions E. C. Church, 57 N. Church St., Mohnton, PA 19540 to assist in the cost of a roof for the church.
