She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Niemczyk and Janice Niemczyk (Frantz). She is survived by: her husband Kevin M. Smith; and her siblings, Ted Niemczyk (Debra Goodman), Marylee Fontana (Paul), Diana Wilson (Oliver) and Coral.
