He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa C. Palamar (Ughes). He is survived by: his father Joseph Palamar; his stepdaughter Samantha Mullins; his siblings, Teresa L. Reeser (Mark Reeser), Kevin M. Palamar (Judy L.), Allentown, Michael A. Palamar, Reading, Christopher M. Palamar (Deborah A.) and Leesport; and his friend Gene Alexander. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
