He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille Bender (Pettit); and his parents, Roy Bender and Helen Bender (Kauffman). He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah (Timothy Drager), Constance (Michael Sebio) and Dawn (William Wivell). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
