Raifsnider (Donald Jr), Candas I. Derr and Heather A. Brooks (Mark); and his grandchildren, Derrick M. Smith, Brandi L. Miller, Lexi L. Fiore, Jacob C. Brooks, Jared G. Brooks, Natassia Rose, Justin E. Brooks, Joshua A. Brooks and Barbie Levan. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
