He was predeceased by: his wife Doris M. Frick; and his parents, David H. Frick, Sr. and Leona Frick (Miles). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth L. Frick, Sr. (Tracy Hafer) and Tina Ulle (Jeffrey Allen Ulle); his stepson Arthur Eckert (Susan Eckert); his sisters, Geraldine Beistline (Robert Beistline) and Patricia Pauley; his grandchildren, Audrey A. Frick, Alexia G. Frick, Kenneth L. Frick, Jr., Theresa Blatt and Jeffrey Jason Ulle; and his great grandchildren, Kylee Esterly, Mackenzie Reppert, Carter Reppert, William Miccicke, Gabriela King, Lucy and Louie Frick.
