She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Pavlichko and Catherine Pavlichko (Kollar); her husband Charles Sr.; her son Charles Jr.; and her siblings, George Kolar, Helen Olfier, Julie Prochorenko, Mary Ryba, John Pavlichko, Michael Pavlichko, Peter Pavlichko and Andrew Pavlichko.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert P. Henninger of Green Lane and David J. Henninger (Deborah) of Harleysville; her brother Serge Mandrick of Rochester, NY.; her grandchildren, Tanya Bleicher (Dan), Diane Harrington (Evan) and Devin Henninger (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Elizabeth and James.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anna's memory to Grace Bible Church, Missions. 423 Main Street.
