We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2022, at the age of 66, Sandra Kay McLaughlin Richard Wood of Talmage, Pennsylvania, born in Lodi, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Kay McLaughlin Richard Wood to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne A. and Mary J. McLaughlin (Seaman); and her brothers, Jack McLaughlin (Deb) and Ron McLaughlin (Sherry). She is survived by: her husband Norman H. Wood; her stepchildren, Mickey L. Wood (Meredith) of Lewistown and Brian R. (Kimberly) of Beavertown; her grandchildren, Mason, Cameron, Tyler and Makayla; her father-in-law Elmer Richard; and her siblings-in-law, Sidney Richard (Sandi), Kristina Gerber (Steve) and Kent Richard (Rita) of Talmage, PA. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
As a final act of service, Sandi donated her body for ALS research. In lieu of flowers, contributions to her memory may be made to Mennonite Central Committee, Akron, Pennsylvania.
