She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Brush and Theresa Brush (DePascale); her sister-in-law Carol Brush; and her son Michael. She is survived by: her husband Edward Kristofik; her children, David Kristofik and Gina Silan; her son-in-law Stephen; her grandchildren, Tyler Kristofik, Mason Silan, Maiya, Noah and Raven Bogan; her brother Tim Brush; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Walters (Rich) and Lisa Malackany (Steve). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
