He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Fausey and Peggy Fausey (Hipple); and his brother Francis Fausey. He is survived by: his wife Andrea Lynn Bastian; his children, Shelby Lauren (Darius Durham) of Sunbury and Wade Francis (Kristen Miller) of Sunbury; and his grandson Valentine Durham.
