She was predeceased by: her husband Theron Phillips; her brother Tot Adams; and her granddaughter Jessica Lloyd. She is survived by: her daughters, Candy (Keith Lloyd) and Mindy (Jesse Hoffman); her grandchildren, Melanie Fisher, Dustin Lloyd, Jennifer Phillips and Tim Phillips Jr.; her great grandchildren, Kallie, Harper and Novella; and her brothers, Jim Fegley of Williamsport and Bob Adams of Hawaii. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
