He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Smith and Frieda Smith; his grandson Cody Smith; and his brother James Smith. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Smith of Sugar Grove, PA, Lisa Lookenhouse (Larry) of Sugar Grove, PA, Sandra Cataldo (Mark) of Sugar Grove, PA, Louis Smith of Sugar Grove, PA, William Smith of Sugar Grove, PA and Julie Ecker (Steve) of Naples, FL; his sister Lorraine Brown of Canandaigua, NY; and his pet Dolly. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
