We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2020, at the age of 84, Alton G. Chase of Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania, born in Youngsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Chase and Mable Chase (Johnson). He is survived by: his children, Alton Jr. Chase (Helene) of Sugar Grove, Joy Blair (David) of Sugar Grove, Deanna Kuzminski (Ken) of Sugar Grove and Donna Clark (Bryan) of Sugar Grove; his grandchildren, Nicole, Steven Blair (LeeAnn), Mark Blair (Nichole), Jody Blair, Ben Blair, Nathan Chase (Jenell), Sami Lawson (Shawn) and Simone Gibson; his wife Gladys Shaffer Chase; his daughter Sally Chase; and his siblings, Guy Chase, Oscar Chase, Charles Chase, Ned Chase, Dorothy Slocum, Idabelle Swanson, Annabelle Anthony, Rae Lindell and Susan Ludwick. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made to The Warren American Red Cross 305 Market St. or to the Warren Cancer Care Center, 2 Crescent Park, both of Warren, PA 16365.
