She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Moon" Keiper; her parents, Frank Dippre and Helen Dippre (Marvin); and her sister Dawn Ross. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Keiper of Stroudsburg, Timothy Keiper (Kathy) of North Carolina and Michael Keiper of Stroudsburg; her grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla and Kyle; her great grandchild Otto; her sister Joanne Barthold (Kenneth) of Stroudsburg; and her brothers-in-law, Jeff Ross, Clyde Keiper and Ronald Keiper.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to St. Luke's Hospice, 240 Union Station, Bethlehem, PA 18015.
