Wisegarver (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Wisegarver and Marian Wisegarver (Rohlfing); and his sister Marianne Repsher. He is survived by: his spouse Bonny Lynn (Corsin); his sons, Richard Wisegarver (Pamela) of East Stroudsburg and Robert Wisegarver; his stepson Jason Butz (Connie) of Henryville; his granddaughter Heather Wisegarver of East Stroudsburg; and his stepgrandchildren, Jaiden Butz and Jenavieve Butz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the American Cancer Society.
