We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2020, at the age of 34, Jeffrey R. Wert of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Abington, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jeffrey R. Wert to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his mother Laurie Braman (Lantzer); his stepfather Gary Braman of Stroudsburg; his siblings, Bethany Wert of Stroudsburg, Carolyn Wert of Bethlehem and Eric Wert of Bethlehem; his stepsister Abigail; and his grandparents, Richard of Stroudsburg, Judith Lantzer of Stroudsburg, Robert of Stroudsburg and Sandra Wert of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Due to current COVID health restrictions, church capacity is limited and friends and family are asked to follow CDC guidelines by wearing masks and maintaining social distancing.
