He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert David and Elsie David (Holzschuh). He is survived by: his children, Edward T. David (Sally) of Stroudsburg, Susan K. David (Gelinas) of Schnecksville, PA, Lynn C. Tusar (Leonard) of Smithville, TN, John P. David (Linda) of Stroudsburg and Mark B. David (Joseph Maiara) of Stroudsburg. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
