It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin LaBar Jr. of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 5, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin M. Sr. LaBar and Viola LaBar (Counterman).
