With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances M. Fish (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jay H. Fish, Jr.; her parents, Fred Cramer and Helena Cramer (Lesoine); her son Richard Thomas Fish; and her brother Chester Cramer.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Shane (Mertice) of East Stroudsburg, Robert Fish (Tricia) of Stroudsburg and Barbara Carter (Steve) of Phelan, CA; her grandchildren, Richard Tallada (Holly), Christopher Shane (Sarah), Michael Shane (Patti), Jeffrey Fish, Jay Frankenburg (Shaunna) and Christina Raggio (Scott); her siblings, Frederick Cramer (late Rose) of Caldwell, NJ, Leonard Cramer (late Patricia) of Wind Gap, Verna (Cramer) and Fox (late Alton) of East Stroudsburg; and her foster children, Keith Green (Kathy) of Camden, SC and Cheryl Weller of St. Petersburg, FL.. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
