She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Merwin; and her father Elmer R. Nicholls. She is survived by: her mother Lois F. Nicholls (Helm); her sons, Steven Nicholls and Carlos Merwin; her grandson Steven, Jr.; and her sons, Jorden and Zion.
