He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Louise Rathburn (Carter). He is survived by: his father Kenneth L. Rathburn of Milton; his wife Rebecca A. Rampp; his children, Alexis Rathburn, Thomas Rathburn, Gabriel Rampp, Emma and Grace Rathburn; his grandsons, Mikah Rathburn and Marco Campisi; and his sisters, Rebecca A. Strickland of Elysburg and Hannah Rathburn of Laurelton.
