He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mozeliak and Marie Mozeliak (Ruddy); and his son Matthew Mozeliak. He is survived by: his wife Nina (Warrenfeltz); and his children, Stephen Mozeliak and Theresa (Todd Witmer). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
