She was predeceased by: her parents, Laverne Carpenter, (Ogle) and Carl E. "Gene" Carpenter, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Edwin F. Motter; her sons, Jason E. Motter of Stevens, Justin E. Motter of Jacobus and Jeremy S. Motter (Victoria A.) of Adamstown; her grandchildren, Ethan D. Motter, Tristan J. Motter, Abbie M. Motter, Jack Rathman, Karin A. Rathman, Nathan E. Motter, Josephine A. Motter and Arabella L. Motter; and her siblings, Beth A. Ulrich (Brad) of Ephrata and Carl Carpenter (Davonna) of Prattville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
