It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Franklyn Cole of State College, Pennsylvania, born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Earl and Dorothy Seanor Cole; his wife Emma Jean Cole; and his sister Susan Rickabaugh. He is survived by: his children, James Cole of State College, Cindy Matly of Louisville, KY and Charles Andrew Cole (Paolo Ferreri) of State College; and his grandchildren, Kristin Dennis, Steven Matly, Lauren Francis, Katrina Cole and Christopher Cole. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
