He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Sr. and Eleanor Stillwagon (Whipkey). He is survived by: his children, James Stillwagon III (Lori), Deborah Thorne (Michael) and Kimberly Snyder (Bill); and his siblings, Bob Stillwagon (Dagmar), Peggy Whetzel (Fred) and Freda Synder (Ivan). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
