He was predeceased by: his wife Janet D. Neely; his parents, Thomas and Margaret Neely, Sr. (Hellings); and his daughter Denise Matulis (Albert). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Neely (Christina) and Wendy Greiner (Joseph); his grandchildren, Carolyn Lavelle (Kevin), Albert Matulis, Jr. (Rachel), Danielle Oxley (David), Nicolle Pritchard (Brad), Thomas Neely (Shevron), Samantha Greiner, Joseph Greiner, Jr. and Kerri Greiner; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Kelsey, Brooke, Micah, Abigail, Jonah, Anna, Miles, Avery and Pia.
