She is survived by: her children, Marcus Giuffrida (Suzanne), Stephanie Cerami, Michael Giuffrida and Christopher (Ke Ye); her brothers, Joseph Mellek and John Mellek; her grandchildren, Mathew, Sara, Alexis, Maggie, Andrew, Alexander, Evan and Lucas; and her great grandchildren, Addison and Jaxson.
