He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence F. Howard and Olive Howard (Burkhart); and his siblings, Lois Howard and Richard Howard. He is survived by: his wife Bernadee Howard (MIddleton) of Rockledge; his sons, Craig Howard (Camille) of Petersburg, W. Va, Shawn Howard (Paula) of Earleville, Todd Howard (Denise) of Hedgesville, Jeff Howard (Susan) of Rockledge and Mark Howard of Rockledge; his brother William "Bill" Howard (Judy) of Waukeegan, Ill.; and his grandchildren, Thomas Howard (Laurel), Jason Howard (Bethany), Ryan Howard (Josie), Danielle Crawford (Scott), Micah Howard (Rebecca), Erin Bowers (Tyler), Becky Howard and Luke Howard. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
