He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Gallagher and Dorothy Gallagher (Schremser); his wife Barbara; his sons, Frank (Catherine), Michael (Heather) and Kevin (Tania); and his grandchildren, Heather, Matthew, Jocelynn, Kevin, Aiden, Logan, Riley and Lanna.
