He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Elwood and Mary Jane Schultz Elwood (Brooks). He is survived by: his wife Jane Schultz (Bruggeman); his daughters, Donna Seif and Barbara Taylor; his sons-in-law, Joseph Seif and David Taylor; and his grandson Joseph Seif, Jr.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
