She was predeceased by: her parents, Amy Spelt and George S. Spelt; her husband Wayne E. Koehler; her son-in-law David J. Fortunato; and her grandson Danny McGarrigan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Fortunato Redner (Roy) and Lynne McGarrigan (Dan); her grandsons, Timothy Fortunato, Michael Fortunato (Lisa), Kevin Fortunato (Alicia) and Ryan McGarrigan (Adolfo); and her great grandchildren, William, Joseph, David, Michael, Sam and Marissa. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
