He was predeceased by: his parents, Venald Bovard and Margaret Reese Bovard; and his brother Venald "Beno" Bovard. He is survived by: his children, Elise Bovard and Reese Bovard (Melanie) of Ellicott City, MD; his sister Martha Belle Barron; and his grandchildren, Hayden and Claudia Bovard.
