He is survived by: his children, Thomas R. Pope of Pittsburgh, Charles R. Pope of Derry, David Bell of Florida, Mary E. Hancock of New Eagle, PA, Susan A. Leer of Somerset and Daniel W. Pope of McKeesport; his grandchildren, Bernadette Schmeltz, Charles B. Pope, Elizabeth A. Riffe, Lawrence W. Latta, Amanda L. Leber, Jared D. Hancock, Neil M. Hancock, Brian Bell, Lindsay Bell, Casey Sadano and Christie Chambers; and his brother Sidney Pope of McKeesport.
