It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sarah May (Somerset, Pennsylvania), born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Geisel and Barbara Geisel; her son Kent May; and her grandson Bradford May. She is survived by: her children, Kevin May of Boone, NC and Carol Sue May of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Eric May Taiwan (Hsiu-Chin) and Sarabeth DeWitt (Michael) of Somerset; her great grandchildren, Riley, Jaxon DeWitt and Cameron May; her siblings, Vernon Geisel, Charlene Walters, Nancy Cuppett and Barbara Kriston; her daughter-in-law Betsy May; and also Melissa Torres.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations be made in Sarah's memory to First United Methodist Church, 149 W. Patriot St., Somerset, PA 15501.
