He is survived by: his wife Rita M. Smith; his children, David K. Halverson (Susan), Daniel H. Halverson (Barbara), Robert S. Halverson, Barry T. Halverson (Kori), John F. Kuhn (Angie), Michael L. Kuhn (Karen) and Kathryn E. Murdy (Lee); his grandchildren, Jayme Tirres (Michael), Thomas Halverson (Jennifer), Jason Halverson (Amy), Matthew Halverson (Nicole), Zachary Halverson, Justin Halverson (Jillian), Alan Halverson, Nicole Phillippi (Jacob), Hannah Corbett, Mariah Corbett (Eric), Patrick Kuhn and Benjamin Murdy; his great grandchildren, Luke, Karley, Bella, Vance, Laney, Grant, Mackenzie, Griffin, Garrett, Grady, Harper, Reed, Cecilia and Justin; and his brother James A. Halverson (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
