Waxham, Sr. of Somerset, PA; her children, Neal Waxham, Jr. (Florence) of Houston, TX, Dorothy E. Waxham Lease (Alan) of Berlin, PA, Jon C. Waxham (Julie) of Millsboro, DE and Melanie N. Waxham of Cordova, TN; her grandchildren, Zachary D. Lease, Jared A. Lease, Kyle N. Waxham and Celine J. Waxham; and her siblings, Carole Shaw (Ray) of Knoxville, TN and Steven Turner (Monica) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and several special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or the Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
