He was predeceased by: his father C. Donald Finzel. He is survived by: his mother Gwen Winter; his children, Cheyrl A. Finzel of Frostburg and Jeremy J. Finzel of Somerset; his grandchildren, Noah, Preston and Jakob; and his brothers, Rodney and Steven Finzel.
