He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Noah and Violet Vade Hemminger (Lenhart); his daughter Susan Joy Hemminger; and his brother James R. Hemminger. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Hemminger (Landis); his children, Sam Hemminger (Christine), Mark Hemminger (Wendy) and Julie Zanoni (Kevin); his grandchildren, Nicole Yankoski (Christopher), Faith Hemminger, Cody Hemminger (Jessica), Noah Hemminger and Ryan Zanoni; his great grandchildren, Carter Jack Yankoski, Chase Beckett Hemminger and Brooks William Yankoski; and his brother Jay Hemminger (Myra). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Laurel Hill Lions Club , Somerset County Blind Center or Grace United Methodist Church.
