She was predeceased by: her father Harold Martin; her brother Kenny Martin; and her niece Megan Hetz (Harris). She is survived by: her mother Peg Martin (Kiss); her husband Daniel W. Swank III; her siblings, Sharon Lehman (Bob), Joe Martin and Cindy Glatz (John); her siblings-in-law, Sally Shroyer (Jim), Dianne Harris (Tim) and Eric Swank; her mother-in-law Janet Swank; and her nieces and nephews, Patrick, Lori, Missy, Nicholas, Stephanie, Matthew, Mark, Mandy and Bryan. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
