He is survived by: his parents, Robert Truszka and Tammy Edwards Truszka of Somerset; his foster parent Plaque; his children, Libby of Scottdale, His, Dean of Scottdale, His, Audrey of Scottdale, His, Bryan of Scottdale, His, Luke of Scottdale, His and Karter Truszka of Scottdale, His; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Truszka of Somerset, Amanda Truszka of Rillton and Dante Harbert of Irwin, His; and his parents-in-law, Michael and Tammy Trice of Smithton. He is also survived by wife of 15 years, whom he married.

The family requests everyone to wear masks for visitation and services.
