He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Shaulis (Felton); his children, Linda D. Zellem (Mark Moravecz) and David D. Shaulis (Tammy); his grandchildren, Justin B. Zellem (Rachel), Lukas D. Shaulis and Alexa N. Shaulis; and his great grandchildren, Leo and Paul Zellem.
