He was predeceased by: his mother Bernice Amelia Revello (Pyle). He is survived by: his wife Kelly Rae Mowry (Lee); his children, Brooke E. Shumaker (Nate) of Rockwood, Bridget E. Slezak (Kevin) of Ligonier, Abby L. Revello-Miller (Devin) of Somerset, Dane P. Revello II (Kelsie Witosky) of Somerset and Isabella R. Mowry of Somerset; his grandchildren, Carver Emersynn and Tobias; his father Michael Shreckengost; and his sister Leah Vanhorn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
