He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Powell and Margaret Powell (Suphalcek); his son William; and his siblings, Theodore and Helen Stover.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Powell (Coddington); his children, Andrew Powell Jr. of Maryland, Ivan Powell of West Virginia, Cindy Farris, Gary of Maryland, Kenny Coddington of Somerset, James Durst and Joshua of Somerset; and his sister Frances Stefano of Turtle Creek. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
